A £40 cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before your confirmed appointment.
You may be asked to cover parking costs if free parking or a visitor permit is not available. Any applicable congestion charge may also be payable.
We will do our best to remove or improve stains, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Permanent damage to the material or its original colour may remain after cleaning.
The full agreed price remains payable even if a stain cannot be removed or improved.
If you are not satisfied, please let us know within seven days of the work being completed. We will offer a free re-clean.

We charge the agreed price. Your quote will set out the cleaning costs and any applicable additional charges.
We use powerful extraction equipment and heavy-duty air movers to help carpets and upholstery dry faster.
All our cleaning specialists are fully trained and insured.
Not fully satisfied? Tell us within seven days of your clean and we will offer a free re-clean.
Pay by debit card, cash or bank transfer when your cleaning is complete.
Antibacterial and deodorising treatments are included with our deep cleaning service. Please let us know if you would prefer us not to use them.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. A £40 fee applies to cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Scotchgard stain protection is available at an additional cost. Ask us to include it in your quote.
