Due to the recurring nature of our services, we have determined a legitimate interest in storing clients’ data, ensuring it is available for future use.

We also deem a legitimate interest in marketing to existing clients, by way of an annual reminder or upon introduction of a new service / product. We have determined it is not unreasonable for a client to expect contact from a firm they have previously engaged, and whose type of services are routinely employed on a recurring basis. A copy of our Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIA) is available upon request.

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Policy, then we will provide you with a notice explaining this new use and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions prior to commencement.
